Virgin coves in an area of protected natural interest
About a 10-minute walk through the Bosc de la Marquesa there are two virgin coves with very little traffic that can only be accessed on foot.
Playa de l’Arboçar (Cala Fonda or more popularly known as Waikiki, in honor of the best beaches in Hawaii), is about 200 meters long and is located in the middle of the Bosc de la Marquesa, an area of natural interest protected with more of 90 hectares of forest and 30 of sea. This virgin beach with slightly difficult access has managed to maintain all its charm thanks to the protection of the forest and the cliffs. The water is crystal clear, the sand is soft and golden. Nudism is practiced. In this cove there is no type of service, neither lifeguard nor bar.
Becs Beach (or Roca Plana), is also located within the protected area of the Bosc de la Marquesa, it is about 200 meters long and has coarse sand and, within the sea, fine sand. It is isolated and has difficult access by trails. It is ideal for a relaxing swim and snorkeling thanks to its shallow, crystal-clear waters. Nudism is practiced in this cove. In this cove there is no type of service, neither lifeguard nor bar.
